Our President, Tom Brubaker, began his career in 1990 as an appraiser. After owning Tampa Bay Appraisal for 16 years, he founded a commercial real estate brokerage and subsequently TAMBAY Mergers & Acquisitions. With 33 years of complementary experience, Tom brings unparalleled expertise to the sale of your business. “In my 33 years, I have never met anyone with my level of experience,” says Tom. Tom is also the current President of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR).
